Known as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a burning sensation that is usually centered around the middle of the chest near the sternum. Chronic heartburn is caused by the reflux of acidic stomach fluids that enter the lower end of the esophagus. Also called acid reflux, and cardialgia. Chronic Hearburn is known to increase the risk of esophageal cancer if left untreated.
Cunoscut sub numele de boala de reflux gastroesofagian (GERD), o senzaţie de arsură, care este, de obicei, centrat în jurul mijlocul pieptului lângă sternului. Cronice pirozis este cauzată de reflux de acid stomac fluide care intra capătul inferior al esofagului. De asemenea, numit acid reflux, şi cardialgia. Hearburn cronică este cunoscut pentru a creşte riscul de cancer esofagian, daca este lasata netratata.
